Here's a 15minute yoga session to practice yoga from home. It's a quick and fast flow session - make sure you stay tuned in with your breath at all times, and adopt easy poses (child pose, or any resting pose) if you feel pain or discomfort... Listen to yourself, as I cannot see you!
