Yin Yoga Training

Over the years, my yoga practice is softening.

I like to hold poses longer, to get the most of them. 

I also like to challenge my students in a smoother way. Remaining still for a few minutes is sometimes something completely new to them. 

I realised yin yoga is the type of practice that helps me the best to increase my flexibility and improve the quality of my sleep.  I can't wait to share it more with my students - young or less young!
