I love bringing my students into the fun journey of arm balance.

When I posted a video of the tripod, my students were super impressed.

I invited my students to mentally prepare themselves for this inversion. I taught them a class this morning via zoom. After a nice neck stretch and some warm ups, we did engage our core strength with some dolphin poses, planks and knee to nose exercices.

I then invited them to slide their mat next to a wall, as I can't physically adjust or secure them. I guided them to this transition.

and then to the final pose! 2 of them managed so well. Now, I am the one who's impressed :-)
