Breathe & Smile video by Tiara: How you can deal with big emotions, with the Firebreathing Dragon craft!

 

Which are the big emotions that you know? Do you feel sometimes angry, frustrated, jealous, sad...? These are tricky emotions to deal with! In this video, we'll create together a Firebreating Dragon, to help you to deal with these emotions, and explore your super powers!

Please prepare: - A toilet roll - Green colored crepe paper (big enough to roll around the toilet roll) - Some pieces of red paper and yellow paper - 2 medium size pompoms - 2 small size pompoms - A set of google eyes - Glue .. and BREATHE & SMILE with Tiara from @consciouskids.sg through this breathing and crafting activity!
