Breathe & Smile video by Julia and Sek: "How to accept yourself through movements" - Water element.

 Acceptance means being OK with whatever you might be feeling inside or outside of you. It helps us to feel better! Let’s explore your inner waters through movement guided by Julia to find acceptance. You will be supported by the healing sounds of the Kalimba - a 3000 year old instrument from Africa - and the rainstick! Move with ease as water:  we will embody the characteristics of raindrop, river, wave, ocean, and lake  to experience the many forms our emotions, sometimes called our inner waters!
